Granite 5 is a digital agency based in Cambridgeshire. Founded in 1999, they have a team of 11 digital experts.

It became clear that in the case of client emergencies & outside of office hours that voicemail couldn’t provide the level of customer service expected by Granite 5’s clients. Even within office hours, they found our overflow service very useful. It was frustrating when there were not enough staff available to handle the calls.

We recommended the flexible telephone answering service. Outside of office hours, we manage all customer calls. All calls are recorded. Emails or text messages are forwarded to the on-duty member of staff alerting them to the client’s issue.

We continue to work closely with Granite 5. We ensure that we are always available as required, including staff meetings and holidays.
