Driving Schools and Instructor Answering Service
BeServed provide a round the clock answering service for a number of driving schools and instructors. If you are with a customer on a driving lesson you will not be able to answer your mobile telephone, but an answering phone message does not always satisfy clients.
Four out of five new callers will NOT leave a message on voicemail, or call back if there is no answer or they get the busy tone.
Experience shows us that the clients of driving instructors are far more likely to leave a message if answered by a live answering service.
Your messages can be forwarded to you as soon as the call is terminated and messages can be delivered to you by SMS or email. If you expect a very important call you can request this can (at your own risk!), be “patched” directly to your phone wherever you might be.
Diary & Appointments
We also offer a fully managed diary and appointment service (optional) with which we can diarise new and amend existing appointments You can either take advantage of our in-house shared diary service or we can input appointments directly into your own diary service, such as Google calendar.
Easy Set Up
Setting up your diary service is dead simple. For our standard service all you require is a phone, a call divert facility and your unique number. Just press your divert button when you need us! Our team are always on hand if you should need help with getting you set up.
Setting up your phone to divert your calls couldn’t be easier. Once you have decided to proceed we will allocate you a unique number which is the number you can divert your calls to. You can set your phone to divert your calls to us at any time, if you are busy with a patient, engaged on the phone, out for lunch, during out of hours or all day. Your unique number will accept calls from multiple landlines and mobiles. We will then be primed to answer your calls as per your instructions.
