Beserved provide a round the clock answering service for many property professionals. If you are with a client, showing a house, surveying a property or making
a sale you most likely do not want to be disturbed. The problem is, a voicemail or answerphone does not always satisfy clients.
Experience shows us that the clients of estate and letting agents are far more likely to leave a message if answered by a real person.
Messages can be forwarded directly to you, by SMS or email, as soon as the call is terminated. Should you be expecting an important call you can also request that this be patched directly through to your phone, wherever you might be.
We also offer an optional diary service with which we add / amend appointments. You can either take advantage of our in-house shared diary service or we can utilise your own diary system.
Setting up your phone to divert your calls couldn’t be easier. Once you have decided to proceed we will allocate you a unique number which is the number you can divert your calls to. You can set your phone to divert your calls to us at any time, if you are busy with a patient, engaged on the phone, out for lunch, during out of hours or all day. Your unique number will accept calls from multiple landlines and mobiles. We will then be primed to answer your calls as per your instructions.
